missingWrote a review on Dec 17great locationlong check-in lineleaky air conditioning
Great location near local attractions.
The check-in line was excessively long, and despite pre-registering online, we still had to wait. Our luggage took over two hours to arrive in our room, forcing us to call guest services multiple times. The air conditioning leaked all over the carpet, which they addressed after two hours but the new unit hardly functioned.

I had an amazing two-night stay! The well-appointed room was a delight with clean, modern decor, and the spacious bathroom was equipped with safety features. Plus, I loved lounging by the pool, though it was a bit crowded! Definitely picking this place again.

A delightful experience with comfortable beds and quality linens made for a restful stay. The welcoming atmosphere for our family dog added to the enjoyment, and the nearby walking trails to various attractions were a highlight. However, the pillows could use an upgrade for better support, and a more extensive dining menu would be appreciated. Overall, the friendly staff and convenient location made our visit memorable.

The location was truly a gem, within a stone's throw to everything fun and local, you could crawl to the warf if you had to. Plus, major points for the spacious room, perfect for strollers, but don't get too comfy cause it's bedtime before you know it.
Not exactly a bargain but once you factor in location and size, it's not awful.

Just a smart choice for short visits in Monterey with great value for the money. The huge chocolate chip cookies at check-in were a nice touch. Bring your own water bottle because drinks are pricey.

Comfortable Stay with Cozy Amenities
Our family enjoyed two nights in a spacious room with a lovely courtyard view. The location is perfect for exploration! Don't miss the Club Room's breakfast buffet—unlimited mimosas and warm cookies made our mornings special. Surprisingly, we found the staff inconsistently friendly.

Perfect getaway spot!
Had an amazing stay! The lobby's vibe is just incredible with those tree lights. Staff was super friendly too! Our room was cozy and had a modern touch. Walking out to the pier was a breeze. just a quick stroll away. Only thing was the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, which was a bummer.
